My Mum and I have been coming to Port Moody Laundry for many years, as the washers, dryers, sitting areas and tables for folding your clean/dry laundry on is always clean; as is the whole laundry mat. It’s always well organized. The previous owners are friends of ours (Sylvie and Thomas) and the new owners are fantastic young gentlemen who upon our return visit, we first met Abdullah he introduced himself to my Mum and I. He is so welcoming, and very nice! :) Our next visit we met his 2 brothers (and business partners) who were also so nice and also working hard helping customers and the transition of ownership is wonderfully smooth! Definitely a great place to come. The laundry mat is big with a good number of washers for regular loads and larger washing machines for bigger loads (heavy blankets or to wash a big load all at once). The laundry mat is well organized, drop off of clothes and pick up is smooth, you can get change (coins) for laundry there, purchase laundry soap, bags, their team will help you use the machines also if you’re new. There’s good air circulation, as there is a front and back door that can be opened, good parking in front or back, restaurants, 7 Eleven, great location, the machines are reliable and we’ve never seen any down. Great team of owners, machines and location. We’re happy to see these wonderful young gentleman adding to the great businesses in our area and providing reliable services. Continued good blessings! Super clean and organized!! Can’t believe how well maintained this place is. So much space, tables, chairs, laundry baskets! Always get nervous walking into laundromats, from negative past experiences, but this was definitely the best I have ever been to. The management is very kind and helpful and overall I had a very smooth, stress-free, easy and pleasant experience. Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Under new Ownership if you are reading the online reviews. The only negative reviews are from the past so please give these guys a chance. I filled out the form on the website to inquire about the services and got an immediate callback. Headed down to wash a large quilt and the Staff there were super friendly and helpful. I watched them interact with other customers and they were friendly and helpful acknowledging everyone who came in. The place was super clean and organized and I will definitely come Back here anytime I need to do laundry that won’t fit at home. It only cost me About $15 to do my quilt which was comparable or cheaper than anywhere else I called. I’ll definitely be back.

Very very clean. I was really impressed by how clean the place was. The washing process is also super seamless. The owner is very very helpful. They also came highly recommended by Labada a drop off laundromat. My washer breaking gave me the opportunity to meet this young but great business, and it was quite heartwarming to see a humble, hardworking, fashion-forward and resourceful young immigrant man. I wish them much success!

I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team is professional, friendly, and always punctual. My clothes come back fresh, clean, and perfectly folded every time. The attention to detail is impressive, and the facility is spotless. They even removed some stubborn stains I thought were permanent.
